Breaking the U.S. Tariff Crisis: New Strategies to Protect Customer Interests

Starting from April 2, 2025, the United States implemented a "reciprocal tariff" policy globally, imposing a general 10% tariff and differentiated tariffs on certain industries. Consequently, both China and the United States found themselves embroiled in a tariff war,  with the tariff rate on Chinese goods continuously rising, eventually reaching 145%. This circumstance had a significant influence on our U.S. business; despite customers' eagerness to place orders, they were unable to bear such high tariff burdens, causing the U.S. market to nearly come to a standstill.

In the face of this severe situation, we have always adhered to the core concept of serving our customers and proactively sought practical solutions for them. After in-depth research, we found that the tariff on exports from Vietnam to the United States is only 8.5%. Based on this, we took immediate action and actively sought out cooperative factories in Vietnam. During this process, key electronic components and key materials sourced from our stable suppliers in China. Production managers and technical support engineers in Vietnam are all from us. We were always the holder of all certificates and patents. Vietnam factory will be listed in certificatets as the second manufacturer. This is intended to guarantee that the production process and product quality stay identical with the past, with the only difference being assembly and shipment in Vietnam.

We are taking this series of measures to convey a clear message to our American customers: even if there are changes in the tariff policies between China and the U.S. or between Vietnam and the U.S., we have flexible and diverse response strategies that can effectively mitigate the risks posed by high tariffs, ensure the normal shipment of goods, and maximize the protection of our customers' interests, ensuring their business remains unaffected.

In the face of altering global economic conditions, we consistently prioritize our customer interests and change our strategy accordingly. We succeeded in creating a flexible and efficient supply chain solution by building cooperative enterprises in Vietnam and integrating high-quality resources. Regardless of future tariff policy fluctuations, we will maintain the steady transportation of products via our expert capabilities and steadfast dedication, providing reliable business assurance to our customers.
